Operations Manager
About the Role
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Serve as a key point of contact between executive leadership and operational teams, helping ensure priorities and requests are communicated and followed through.
• Support executive leadership with meeting preparation, scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination of key business priorities.
• Track key projects, deadlines, action items, and operational issues across the business and ensure timely follow-up.
• Prepare concise updates, reports, and information for leadership to support decision-making and day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate and support special projects and initiatives across the organization.
• Support Property Management, HR, Operations, Fitness Concepts, Hospitality Concepts, Front Desk, and other cross-divisional initiatives as needed.
• Identify gaps, roadblocks, and follow-up items and help ensure they are addressed before they require executive intervention.
• Build and maintain systems and processes that improve communication, organization, accountability, and execution across the business.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 2–3 years of experience in an Operations Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with leadership and teams across different areas of the business.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks and projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
