“We make places where people fall in love.”
For over 2 decades, our mission has been to create places that inspire people to truly connect with both others and themselves.
To accomplish this, we have developed a vertically-integrated method to tell powerful, emotionally resonant stories from the first kernel of the idea.
Whether it is on a full neighborhood scale at 1M+ SF with our Bishop Arts neighborhood in Dallas, one of our bustling large format restaurants like Paradiso or our gorgeous, jewel box fitness studios like Jungle, our team conceives, brands, designs, builds, finances, operates & markets every aspect.
Front Desk — Dallas, TX
At EXXIR, the Front Desk is the first thing people feel when they walk through the door — the energy that greets them before a word is spoken, the presence that makes the space feel alive and intentional. This role is the connective tissue of the office: the person who holds the experience together and ensures that every guest, every team member, and every moment of the day is met with warmth and care.
You are not a gatekeeper. You are the host. You set the tone for the day the moment you arrive, and you carry it through to the last goodbye. You're welcoming guests by name, keeping the space sharp and ready, routing calls with confidence, and making sure the people around you always know where to go and who to see. The lobby, the phones, the calendar, the small details that most people never notice — those are yours.
We are looking for someone who is excited to bring genuine hospitality to a vertically-integrated company rooted in the Bishop Arts spirit — someone who understands that a well-run front desk is not administrative work, it is the work, and who takes real pride in making every interaction feel considered.
Schedule, compensation & benefits.
What comes with being part of Exxir Capital.
Four steps. About two weeks. No mystery, no “we’ll be in touch.”
A first conversation about your background, what you've built, and what brought you here. No script — just a real talk.
A deeper conversation, in person or by video. We walk through your work, ask the hard questions, and you ask yours.
A take-home assignment relevant to the role. We give you context, you show us how you think. Real problem, real solution.
Reference calls and a final conversation with the team. Then yes or no, within 48 hours. No ghosting, no vague follow-ups.
Good ones, usually. Here are the most common.
