The Role

Operations Manager — Dallas, TX

In Short

At Exxir, the Operations Manager is the connective tissue between executive leadership and the teams doing the work — the person who holds the business together when priorities multiply, timelines compress, and the details start to matter most. Across Property Management, Fitness, Hospitality, HR, and Front Desk, this role exists to make sure nothing falls through the cracks and everything that should move, moves.

You are not a scheduler. You are the operational nerve center of a vertically-integrated brand that spans Bishop Arts, Paradiso, and Jungle. You track the projects that shape the business, surface the gaps before they become problems, and build the systems that keep every team accountable. You're preparing a crisp briefing for leadership in the morning and following up on a cross-divisional initiative by afternoon — and you do both with the same quiet precision.

We are looking for someone who is excited to work at the intersection of strategy and execution — someone who finds satisfaction in a clean process, who earns trust by following through, and who is ready to grow inside a brand that is building something genuinely rare.

What You'll Own
  • 01
    EXECUTIVE SUPPORT
You are the right hand of leadership — preparing for meetings, managing follow-ups, and making sure priorities don't get lost between conversations.
  • 02
    PROJECT TRACKING
Deadlines, action items, open issues. You keep the full picture visible and make sure the right people are moving on the right things.
  • 03
    CROSS-DIVISIONAL COORDINATION
From Fitness to Hospitality to Property Management, you are the thread that connects teams and keeps initiatives from stalling at the seams.
  • 04
    REPORTING & UPDATES
You distill complexity into clarity — concise reports, sharp summaries, and the right information at the right moment for leadership to act on.
  • 05
    SYSTEMS & PROCESS
You build the infrastructure that makes the business run better — communication rhythms, accountability tools, and workflows that scale.
  • 06
    GAP IDENTIFICATION
You spot the roadblocks before they require escalation and take ownership of resolving them quietly, thoroughly, and on time.

About You

Must-Haves

  • 2–3 years in an operations or executive support role
Operations Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or something adjacent. What matters is that you've been the person keeping things moving behind the scenes.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities
You've held multiple workstreams at once without dropping the thread. You know how to triage, sequence, and follow through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication
You write clearly, speak directly, and know how to calibrate your message depending on who's in the room — or on the other end of the email.
  • Comfort working across departments
You've collaborated with teams that don't share your vocabulary or your priorities, and you've found a way to move things forward anyway.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented ownership
You don't wait to be asked twice. You notice what's missing, you flag it, and you take responsibility for seeing it through.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
A degree is a signal, not a requirement. Equivalent experience in a fast-moving, multi-faceted organization carries the same weight here.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in hospitality or fitness
You understand what it means to operate a guest-facing business — where the standard is felt, not just measured.
  • Familiarity with property or real estate operations
Exposure to property management, leasing coordination, or facilities work gives you a head start in our vertically-integrated environment.
  • Experience building internal systems from scratch
You've created a process, a tracker, or a communication rhythm that didn't exist before — and watched it actually stick.
  • Comfort in a brand-building environment
You've worked somewhere that was still figuring itself out, and you found that energizing rather than unsettling.
